Spaghetti/pasta sauce



28 oz can diced tomatoes
6oz can tomato paste
8oz mushroom sliced
1 onion diced
1lb eiher ground beef or italian sausage depending on your preference
5 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp frsh oregano chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
1/4 cut fresh basil chiffonade
2 tsp sugar
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup olive oil

In a large saucepan warm the olive oil. add the meat and onions and start to brown. add the mushrooms while the meat is browning. When the meat is browned add the tomatoes and paste,bring to a boil. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 30 minutes

serve 4-6
