Greek Chicken


heres a recipe from my friend Chuck in Chicago. I slightly modified it to suite my tastes but its very good

8 chicken thighs
1 lemon
garlic powder
onion powder
olive oil

im a rectangular pyrex dish place the chicken thighs
cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the all thighs
sprinkle with the garlic and onion powder and the oregano
drizzle with olive oil
tuck the squeezed out lemon in with the thighs
refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the spices work their way into the chicken (not necessary but adds to the flavor)
cook in a preheated 375 oven for 50 minutes or until the juices run clear

serves 4
